Ventajas
Great pay! Perfect hours! I immediately felt 100% comfortable! Training was direct and quick! Amazing people! Very informative and even though there was expectations on what was completed daily, there was no pressure and I wasn't chastised if for some reason I didn't make quota that day. I just made sure I busted butt the next day to feel complete again.... And I loved the schedule without a doubt! I recommend this company to anyone who likes to have a little space and work with a small 2-3 person team for just 4-ish hours a day!
Desventajas
It was only for 4 hours a day and I was trying to make as much money as humanly possible during the time when I was with the company, also they are quick to let you go (I wasn't fired by any means!) I watched multiple people come and go and I was only with the company for like 8 months, and so the trying to get in the groove with so many different teammates, some being faster than others, some being lazier than others, some NOT even trying to do their part.... Got a bit frustrating.
