Ventajas
Great environment to learn. LUS is especially great if you are starting out and want to have access to different engineering systems (power, mechanical, etc.). This is a great place if you really click with people. Good, down home atmosphere. People be funny. Did I mention the most down-to-earth people ever!
Desventajas
It feels like a communal system with a few party elites. Career prospects are not based on performance. No performance bonus. Not career oriented. If you want to develop a career you may be left wanting. A tale of the have and have-nots. 'Change' is not in the vocabulary which carries good and bad things.
