…it’s all smoke & mirrors. No raises for merit or cost of living. No transparency. Upper management considers themselves blameless when it comes to poor budgeting & understanding of what a post-Covid-surge would look like. Upper management considers themselves to be elite & smarter than their employees. Recently an employee made a very public claim of racism to every US employee, & it was barely addressed. We received an email from the CEO not accepting that this could be an issue and basically blamed the employee. Same CEO has a real gift for sending emails on NYE telling us all how we failed as a company & again not taking responsibility for his role. I work in ops. We don’t set prices or make sales. We are supposed to meet KPIs for a bonus. When we do our quarterly bonus, taxes at 33%, is $300. It’s too laugh at how badly this company is run bc it truly has potential. And do not get my started on their Operating System. I like the job. The leaders suck. You have to pay people!!! That’s the only way to grow. Also Cigna insurance is terrible
