Ventajas

None absolutely no pros to working there!

Desventajas

Bonus promised always an excuse not to pay. Managers are terrible need training. All management and HR are un professional. I wouldn't advise anyone to work there!

Ventajas

I said “none” but glassdoor needs 5 words or more.

Desventajas

- Micromanagement culture - Zero loyalty to long term staff - High staff turnover - Will hire almost anyone leading to poor work and inexperience - Inadequate training - Quality of lead utilisation < Amount of calls answered - Insufficient staffing leading to high workloads and burnout - No delivery on promises or “guarantees”

Ventajas

The job itself is easy and quite fun talking to clients. Your mental health with suffer in that controlling office though!

Desventajas

The company expects you to fulfil your side of the contract but they do not fulfil there’s. They work you like robots, management only pay attention to you when you’re making sales otherwise you’re nothing. People who aren’t managers overstepping their roles. It’s all a mess, just save yourself!
