      Ventajas

      If you are working at Head office:- -> Monday to Friday (9:30am-6:30pm) -> Good place for fresher If you are working onsite at clients place:- -> They will put employee in MNC companies as they taken contract with few MNC in bangalore. e.g SAP , Mphasis and KPMG

      Desventajas

      -> Less salary -> They kick out employee anytime,if there is no project. -> Lot of politics -> No career growth -> No Training

      Ventajas

      The company is okay overall and provides opportunities to work with clients on different projects.

      Desventajas

      The leave policy is quite limited. Employees are typically deployed directly to client projects, and salary continues only while the client contract is active. If the contract ends, employment may also end around the same time. Therefore, employees should not assume the company will arrange interviews with another client or provide a paid bench period. It is advisable to start looking for other opportunities when you sense that the client contract may be nearing its end.
