Working with IT Directorship has provided me with valuable learning experiences and the chance to collaborate with an outstanding team. The leadership is strong, dedicated to the corporate vision, fostering a values-based culture that genuinely cares for its people and strives to deliver measurable value to clients. My role with this company is truly gratifying, and I take pride in actively contributing to their mission of making a meaningful impact. Given their hybrid/remote work structure, I commend their consistent efforts to organize team-building activities, reinforcing our sense of unity.

Some employees may prefer the 'on-site' office work environment; however, I don't personally see this as a 'con' as I prefer their hybrid working model.

The pay/benefits were competitive and your days were certainly 'full'. They had some talented IT/people resources which you could leverage to help accomplish daily tasks.

Those useful IT people, didn't stick around long. I don't know what kind of personality you need to have in order to be successful here, but you'll be micro-managed, berated and go home with that 'what did I get myself into?' feeling. Long hours, fragmented use of technology, unclear direction, insufferable C-levels, which you will be working with - A Lot.
