Good salary. (HR will tell you Earning incentive is very easy, it is not) CEO is very involved with sales team (it's a pros) They tell that it's weekend off BUT they expect you to work on holidays if targets are not achieved ( very few people achieved it)
Desventajas
As a sales person you have to responsible for all the work i.e. registration, closing, post sales, finance work. There is no separate team for upselling or for finances Very unrealistic target with few leads (Very difficult to earn incentive) Micromanagement & Too much favoritism Sr manager is very rude and partial.
