Where to begin? The Regional Director from T11 is hands down terrible. I never received training not once in my short tenure - my first meeting with them I was given a run down on who they wanted "gone" from my store - so strange The staff at my location had been through 3 managers in 16 months Upon me speaking up about noy receiving training is when the Regional Director shifted on my - as I had expressed 4x in 2 months I need to be trained by another SM The Regional continued to super 2 other managers who came in after me? Continued to work from home? Continued to ignore calls, voicemails, zipline messages, texts, and emails? Yet I am was the problem Upon and incident where my ASM arrived to work with a terrible attitude and was sent home is where everything shifted to a complete negative Note this Regional wanted the ASM "gone" day 1 of me meeting her? HR became involved and HR is NO EMPLOYEES "friend" ever and they began looking at me as the problem? Lets make this very clear that I was not the problem the problem lies with the below... 1. T11 Regional cannot communicate is nothing but drama 2. Again... never received ANY formal training (learned how to do payroll by myself haha) 3. ASM is running every SM off 4. Staff is following ASM lead in running off all SM's 5. HR takes over 10 days to get back to anyone 6. NO work life balance working nearly 50 to 60hr weeks
