Experience person should not join. Only fresher can get his hands on experience but on his own risk.
Desventajas
Salary gets after TERRIFIC follow ups with account & HR Team & that also in the next month of 15th or sometime at next end of the month. (You can say delay salary of one month or more than one month.) Sometime it feels u will not get your salary if you are not ringing HR telephones at every end of the month. HR & Accounts just give us commitment & not salary on time. Every months they will tell you that they have shortage of funds so please adjust this time. Even their Top Management also gives you the same commitment.
