Ventajas

Apart from a few nice colleagues, can't think of any Pros working here. As I never seen anywhere worst than here. So good luck to whoever is joining.

Desventajas

1. Management don't listen, don't accept feedback for improvement 2. Keep on working on useless thing 3. Want alot of things, but very stingy 4. Management is Very old school thinking 5. Coming from AI company, the internal system is not tech savvy at all 6. No work life balance!! 7. No proper guide or sharing of expectations when I joined and have high demand on work 8. Office is the mess, things are placed anywhere everywhere even there's file on the floor 9. Layout of office is weird 10. Very micromanage, have to CC the whole world. Resulting the management missing of important emails and getting blame for not sending. Overall, this is a very toxic cultures and environment to work in if you want to growth but a good place to retire if you can stand the toxicness.

Ventajas

It is a great learning experiences. Brilliant people around who are willing to share their knowledge. Have the opportunity to implement neural networks and try new stuff. Collaboration with an MIT professor.

Desventajas

The project timeline and scope is not very clear. Not enough guidance. People are leaving the company.

Ventajas

- Good to be a starting point for a career in the AI industry especially for those without much relevant background. - Chance to talk to advisors who are professors from universities. - The compensation is fair.

Desventajas

- Possibility of relocation to China, since most of the product development is carried out there. - The technical team in Singapore is left with only a couple of team members, where all the rest have resigned and the management seems not to hire more. - Most of the employees are fresh graduates due to apparent reasons, so expect little guidance. - There is little transparency that the management only talks about good news such as awards and claimed investments, but employees sometimes feel differently. - Overall the company is stingy with benefits. - Product development planning and progress management are poor if not missing. - The morale of employees is negative.
