      1. Being a startup there are no bound and you could literally work and learn anything in fleek. 2.Best thing is you get to learn about supply and demand chain in depth. 3. Our team is very supportive and tech wizards. 4. Get lots of ownership and each ownership gets valued as well 5. Founders have a very growth oriented mindset

      Desventajas

      1. Culture needs to grow more as its a startup and we are evolving everyday 2. Too much work at times and work life balance sucks 3. Need to be more flexible as an org.
