Ventajas

free food and ability to work from home

Desventajas

Probably the worst place I have ever worked in. Project managers are incompetent and don't seem to communicate with each other. They should actually do their jobs so that junior staff are being mentored and not overworked. Culture is toxic and constant office gossip in a small office of 20 is prevalent. Pay is terrible despite record breaking profit growth of over 15% from the previous year. Other firms and local agencies pay much more without the need to pull 50+ hour weeks. Projects are also very boring and present no challenge - even college interns can do this work. Don't believe the hype they feed you. Watch out they love firing people here for any reason - above industry average for terminations - a statistic they are proud about.

Ventajas

Supportive and collaborative culture where people genuinely care about doing high-quality work. Leadership is approachable, and there’s a strong emphasis on professional growth through mentorship, interesting projects, and learning opportunities. Teams are smart, motivated, and respectful, which makes collaboration productive and enjoyable.

Desventajas

Work can be demanding at times, and deadlines can pile up during peak periods. Like any growing organization, some processes are still evolving.

Company hires really smart folks coming right out of school

Desventajas

Continuing on the pros, they hire smart talent and suppress it with several guardrails and internal politics. Leadership knowingly fosters toxic competitiveness among staff within the same office to get the best out of staff. Work life at this company purely varies by location, and years of experience with the company. Regardless, all locations are at a pretty low bar with respect to culture and welcoming talent. Big nothing burger: People focus on fancy words and sophisticated presentation skills to sell their work, but lack basics (Not the staff mistake. Leadership doesn't train them enough) Company culture exists on a global level, but local principals chose how they interpret it and force it on their teams. I was literally told to please my boss to get work and grow. Training is non-existent. For a flat structure company there's too much power and influence in the hands of shareholders who happen to be the people that stayed with the company over 20 years or so. They abuse their influence to harass younger employees Diversity is advertised but it's selective Not a warm and welcoming environment to learn and thrive. It almost feels like someone had a gun towards your head all the time.
