Ventajas
Good place to learn and grow as the company is small and everyone wears many hats. People are friendly, everyone knows everyone by name. Offer tuition reimbursement for pursuing more learned roles within the company.
Desventajas
Poor organization. Projects are rushed only to be canceled right before the deadline. Management likes to solve problems with brute force. Pay is low, raises never high, no bonuses - every year is "We'll get 'em next year"
