Ventajas

Phenomenal company to work for with the ability to speak to anyone within the organization, including ownership. They put employees for the company.

Desventajas

insurance benefits could be lower costs for the employees, however, I’ll take that over a bad environment any day

Ventajas

Great supportive, team culture. Management lets you work autonomously but is always there when a need arises. Good products that fill genuine customer needs. Company listens to and integrates employee feedback. Good PTO policy. Really great place to settle in for long term employment.

Desventajas

After hours sales meetings. Insistence on participation in Teams chats that often feels like busywork or superfluous activity. These are minor tradeoffs for an otherwise excellent company culture and experience.

Great company values, friendly people, and solid benefits all make it a company worth working for.

Desventajas

The you will not get replaced by AI if you learn to make AI work for you mantra isn’t necessarily true. A bit unorganized at times, but with very-hands on management, in ways that can lead to wasted work.
