Desventajas

The company's one and ONLY goal, is to make you sell 700$-1200$ in-house cellphone extended warranties and outrageously overpriced accessories. That's it... They will train you on how to confuse the customers into leasing the phone, thinking they're buying/financing the phone with the financing company only to realise 2 years too late that they financed an extended warranty and cheap overpriced accessories. Is it not rare to witness an enraged customer arguing with the sales staff after realizing what happened. They won't care to cut your hours to save a buck and will tell you to go home if it's quiet and to add insult to injury, there's a great chance they won't respect your work/life balance and will call/text you during your days off. Ventajas

Great if you want work life and no family or friend life.

Desventajas

For a communication company, they lack communication with employees. Acquiring new business is their ONLY goal. They ignore requests for conversations. They lack any empathy if you have a family life. They dump more on you and take away wage wise. There is a very foggy line. For a company that states they are great wage wise and very understanding when it comes to family, they are not.
