Ventajas

Company shutdown/free PTO week between Christmas and New Year’s is a nice perk. Remote flexibility and competitive pay for the scope of the role. The day-to-day work is generally manageable.

Desventajas

Culture is draining and often feels non-collaborative. There is frequent micromanagement, inconsistent leadership, and a pattern of deflecting concerns rather than addressing them directly. Decision-making can lack transparency, and internal mobility and growth opportunities are limited. Advancement does not always feel aligned with performance or qualifications. Workloads increase without clear structure or support, and priorities frequently shift without effective communication.

Ventajas

Working as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Care Access has a lot of positives, especially if you want hands-on experience in real-world clinical trials. You gain exposure to different therapeutic areas, work closely with providers and patients, and truly see how research translates into care. The structure and SOPs help keep things organized, which makes managing multiple studies more manageable once you learn the workflow. It is also rewarding to know that your daily work contributes to expanding access to research and helping bring new treatments to communities that may not otherwise have those opportunities.

Desventajas

There are limited opportunities for internal mobility or role advancement within the organization at this time.
