Communication is terrible, operations are disorganized, and management seems completely out of touch with what it takes to run a smooth and professional operation. Instead of improving conditions, they allow a chaotic and unhealthy work environment to continue. The office staff adds to the problem. There are constant issues with deliveries, miscommunication, and a lack of coordination. It’s clear that proper training and leadership are missing.
