Desventajas
- Clicky management. If you are not bowing down or snitching on your peers to "boost what the management team can do better on" than you are run down for your work ethic and put into a corner and being told - great job, but can you do this and also that. - Lacks of clarity with development. Leadership team doesn't have a clear pathway of what growth looks like (unless you're in their click). They promote people who do the basics and tell others "they aren't there yet". - Lacks of processes. If you don't create your own flow - good luck. There's not one and then if you do something they don't like; they then tell you "here's the process - without presenting a clear process". - They change things frequently without any idea of why or how to properly excute the change. They just switch things up and tell you "be flexible and a team player".
