Ventajas
I have met some of the nicest, most competent, well educated, and skilled people at BRBH. There is an endless source of dedication and talent among the different departments. It is hard to describe the skill set without shadowing in one of the departments; you will meet a few individuals who are uniquely qualified and skilled at dealing with intensive mental health clients, and are determined.
Desventajas
The agency needs to address a few weak areas in management. It is not across the board, but there are some departments where the clinical supervision needed for the work is not there. There is preference for people to preserve their personal relationships with each other rather than making sure that an employee is properly doing their job. This causes employees in these departments to feel discouraged and ultimately leave their job. Proper, ethical clinical supervision would make sure that the clients are first and foremost, and making sure that your buddy still likes you at the end of the shift is not where the emphasis is.
