Management from the highest levels down is bipolar, changing the focus of the people closest to the street on a daily or weekly basis such that it seems no one is piloting the ship. Some great people work there but there are wolves in sheeps clothing as well. There is no sense of trust or camaraderie among the team. Endless senseless meetings and daily briefs that are literally just wasting time, produce nothing, and detract from the seemingly endless tasks of minutiae.In short, it's a decent paying, strong benefits oriented, soul sucking job.
