Ventajas

Some decent people honestly trying to strive to do well

Desventajas

- Training is scant for which you eventually get blamed for - Very low worker morale - parent company refuses to offer free shuttles (smaller trucks to get into smaller spaces) putting company at specific, obvious competitive disadvantage - Tough talking, threatening, table pounding but ultimately weak and ineffectual corporate higher ups - They offer a "draw" (rather than a base salary) which you have to pay back if you don't meet unrealistic numbers which should raise alarm bells - Very unprofessional, even racist and sexist, behavior is sometimes tolerated - Not investing in lead sourcing or better technology and expecting better results - as a salesperson, it is better to cheat than actually give accurate estimates - benefits are terrible; health care was more expensive going through the exchanges which is hard to do - older sales reps are allowed to act unprofessionally because they claim so much "experience" - a stunning level of backstabbing and a rumor mill that is taken far too seriously - Operations, a tough job to start with, lacks innovating and can-do attitude resulting in fewer sales and less revenue
