As CEO, I am taking the unusual step of "reviewing" my company in order to address a handful of "comments" posted here. We appreciate candid feedback in all forms—we are grateful for positive reviews, and see thoughtful criticism as a way of identifying areas where we can improve. While legitimate feedback is an invaluable tool, it was recently brought to my attention that several anonymous "reviews" about the company have made false claims and defamatory statements. Like many small companies, we have had our share of highs and lows, successes and setbacks. And like many small companies, we have experienced some challenges as we continue to grow (we are projected to double our workforce this year). But consistent throughout our growth journey is the pride we take in treating our people with respect and conducting our business with integrity. We do not know the source of these reviews (or even if the reviews were posted by anybody ever associated with our small company), but our legal team has contacted this site and we are exploring our options to remediate this unfortunate situation. Our company has grown tremendously since 2010, thanks to the hard work, dedication, and entrepreneurial spirit of our team – and we're always looking for exceptionally smart, exceptionally driven, and exceptionally cool people to join this team. I could not be more proud of our team and what we've accomplished to date. We will continue build on our accomplishments, and, importantly, learn from our mistakes as we bring personalized, modernized healthcare to patients through our innovative drug and biologics delivery systems.
