Ventajas

The job is super easy. The training is short because the work is so easy. The calls come back to back most days, especially Monday morning. Each day after that they slow down. You are not micro-managed. You clock in and do your job and no one bothers you. You never speak to management. They only contact you by company email if they need to contact you. They may occasionally reach out to you in chat. The pay is well for what you do.

Desventajas

BORING! BORING! BORING! It's the same routine every day all day. From one call to the next. It's very mundane. Some people don't like that the training is so short. Other than these few things, it's a good job.

This company is highly unorganized. They throw you out with no explanation, HR never answers the phone let alone the manger line . There’s no sense of “team” . Rules and regulations are constantly changing without notice and then the come down on you for those mistakes knowing they just changed a policy . There’s no sense of a “team leader” , nobody to really report to or solicit advise from . They only reach out to you when you’re doing something wrong , if you try to reply to the email to gather more information you will be ignored .
