Desventajas

Poor upper management that would result in miscommunication, no training whatsoever for new management hires. Lower level employees having some of the worst mental health I've seen in a company. Even upper management stressed to the point of developing hives. In the busy season you have no choice but to work 12+ hour shifts with it often times being more than 12 hours, and when you try to push back, you are told this is part of the job and sometimes family has to take a back seat. But the upper management are still gone at 4 or 5 pm, while the rest are often there until night. All problems were put on lower management and employees resulting in more errors due to extreme stress.

The team atmosphere was good.

Desventajas

There was a lack of care from management, They couldn't address staffing issues and continually made excuses why they couldn't fill roles immediately. This would then lead to long hours (upwards of everyone working 12-15+ hours a day) and deteriorating morale and health. After leaving found out others during this time were promoted or given decent pay raises, while I received only .30 cent increase while working the job of 2 positions.
