No pros I can think of.

Awful place to work. No support or sympathy from directors and some managers. Pay scale is way too low for the amount of work carried out. No work culture, barely any talking. Office facilities are not up to scratch. Equipment given to employees is old and broken, never replaced. High pressure with absolutely no support. When issues are brought up they are ignored. Would not recommend to work here if you have any interest in accounting. Treat staff very poorly, which is why there is a high turnover rate. Interview process was too simple. Lower down employees are just given the work other people can't be bothered to do. No constructive criticism. Do not take into account feelings of staff and ignore issues. Found the culture to be quite toxic.
