You can have a STELLAR review for many consecutive years yet still be punished in horrible ways. 4. They don't care about people at all. They only care about "saving money." 5. Holiday party? Celebrations? Recognition? Nope. Nope. Nope. 6. As a salaried employee who travels, did you know the highest level in Accounting and Finance has to REVIEW AND APPROVE expenses, even under $10? 7. If you're a woman, they hate you. ZERO women in leadership. If you are even a middle level manager, they will KNOCK YOU DOWN SOMEHOW.
