Ventajas

Remote, "flexible" work although that is a bit of stretch considering you're meant to be available for your client from 9-5pm Monday-Friday. Even if you only work 45 hours per month. It's a joke.

Desventajas

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is the textbook definition of modern-day digital exploitation. They lure you in with promises of "remote and flexible work" and match you with clients "perfectly fit for your personality", yet they take over 50% of your pay — yes, more than HALF — just for playing middleman. You do all the work, bring all the expertise, and take on all the client pressure. They? They skim a grotesque cut off the top so your CSC can bother you and your client to no end during the length of your contract. They'll do anything they can to keep their clients paying what their contractors should actually be getting paid in full. To sum up: This company doesn't "empower freelancers" — they exploit them. You’d honestly be better off cold-pitching clients on LinkedIn than letting these vultures bleed your paycheck dry. Run. Don't walk.
