The main reason i'd like to join , I'm attracted to the idea of making it easier for people to share their precious moments sealed in a frame, I;d really like to be a part of such creative team which i feel will help me progress in my career. Additionally, I know that shutterfly is involved in lean practices and I have learnt in theory about lean concpets. After joinng the company,I am excited about the idea that I would be seeing the practical implementation of lean techniques. Another motivating factor is the philathrapic effort that has grabbed my attention towards shutter fly , I have seen the ellen show and i feel my ideas match with shutterfly's in giving back to the society.
