My name is Paulette Gonzales, and I moved here to Denver Colorado in 1997. I came here with my husband and my three children I came here with a job that I transferred out New Mexico I was a counter manager for Dillard's Clinique counter. I surely figured out that I was by myself here and didn't have much help with my children. So I sat there and I thought hey what can I do when my kids are in school I said okay why can clean really good so I decided to open up my American-made Service Company and did it little by little pass out flyers have my kids help and eventually grew so I said hey this is a good business but as I was going I figured out it was really hard to keep employees in and I ran the business until 2013 the last after September 11th I did ended up just working by myself until 2013 and then I stopped and you know on and off in that time I actually worked in other places for the medical benefits for my family in so I just decided that hey I'm going to go back to work and I'm just going to try to find a good job in the field that I do for that I can provide medical insurance and you know I really like being a leader I really liked being self-motivated make a difference at the companies that I didn't did I did work for so that was really nice.
