With the Engineer Manager: Experience in different fields, challenges that I have found in both technical and none technical sides. With the Android devs: Android Framework questions: Activity lifecycle, Application lifecycle, general known patterns such as MVVM or MVC, general good practices such as dependency injection or dependency inversion.

This happened in the last interview. They seemed to not to understand what I was saying and keep answering the same thing over and over. It was frustrating because the Android Devs had a very thick spanish accent, and I was worrying there could be a language barrier in the interview. At the end, despite passing all other interviews and tests, these guys said that I didn't understand MVC (!!!!) ... kind of frustrating.
