I did struggle with this, as I had never worked in pensions before. Nor had a wish too, just needed a stable job! But I think my answer was ok, as I said I enjoy learning things and pensions are ever changing so there's always new things to learn and of course as its a call centre role that I love interacting with a diverse range of people!! :)
