The reason you were hired regardless of what you said is because this company is falling apart and they can't keep enough customer service reps to answer phones, reply to emails, or man Live Chat. It appears that salaries at HA are abysmal, especially for the Portland area. Facebook and Instagram are filled with customer complaints about the absence of customer service. This is no way to 'grow' a company. At this rate, HA will be out of business by 2018. I would steer clear of joining this company as it takes the final swirl around the toilet bowl.
