Put simply, and honestly. I have never worked in Telecommunications before. The majority of my experience is in Call Centre Technical Support & Retail Support/Service; and so I would be eager to learn new skills within a Call Centre environment. Also I've spent many years in customer service, and seem to take naturally to it.
