When you encounter a problem, how do you go about solving it?

I can answer this from both a technical and behavioral aspect. From a technical standpoint, if I ever get stuck on a question on a problem set, I always ask my classmates or faculty to help me on the issue. This is my go-to option. From a behavioral aspect in my organization behavior class, I had this one teammate who was not attending meetings and not pulling her weight. My other teammates were very much frustrated at her. But while it is easy to immediately get upset over the situation, I wanted to understand her perspective. And so, I reached out to her and she told me that she was going through a lot that semester with academics alongside private mental health matters. Subsequently, I followed-up with a team meeting over a meal where both sides expressed their concerns with the prior knowledge that we all come from a well intentioned space. We were able to have a good time and we bonded over this dinner.
