I went through my strategic framework, from ideation, launch, execution, and optimization. I talked about ensuring content is tailored to be aligned with business goals. I talked about setting KPI goals to measure success. I talked about understanding where the content lives in terms of the sales funnel and user journey. I also talked about customer-problem first led messaging over product-led messaging and the importance of understanding customer needs. As well as how to create well formed sales enablement content.
