Just think up something that you did in grad school - put out a fire in the lab or worked out a really hard coding/calculation problem. What they are looking for is how you deal with a problem that you can't solve - did you ask for help? Who did you ask? They want to know you can work with a team to solve problems and don't just grind through problems on your own.
