Over 23 years in the industry, I have had multiple projects fail. Sometimes because we didn’t properly understand the problem customers were facing. Sometimes we did but the customer didn’t make the change to use a new product. There were lessons learned with each project and the playbook we developed grew with each enablement. Products may have failed, but we always learned valuable lessons.
