I don't think there's a specific thing that I could pinpoint that motivates me. I think because I grew up in a typical Asian household, hardwork has really been engraved in who I am since I was a young girl. My parents set high standards for me and my sisters growing up and so I've kind of been conditioned to strive for a good result. You know, I don't want to make myself sound neurotic, but mediocre work is not something I am familiar with. I mean, good work is good work regardless of the praise and rewards. I think one's own satisfaction should motivate them.
