I prefer a ROWE (usually with things like unlimited PTO, flexible hours, work from home, etc. which is not what you should expect at Capsher, at least my level). I like to be able to interact with team members on a close level as well, as well as being comfortable working with clients as needed. I would also like to be able to grow my career, and take on new roles as I improve myself as a developer. I also prefer to be allowed to take classes or get certifications as the opportunity arises (not offered to basic devs, but offered as needed to more senior technical staff, like implementation leads).
