I answered the questions what our client want us to follow because SLA is setup by our client not by us. But interviewer were literally started arguing. So, my suggestions to the interviewer panel. SLA are dependent on the client and it is setup by the client. Service providers can suggest the client what could be done to reduce the downtime and achieve the SLA.
