What are your strengths and weaknesses?

My strengths include (1.) establishing rapport with and retention of customers, (2.) providing excellent advice regarding the product the need (bill o’ fare) and the amount (number of guests), and (3.) the facility to keep track when I am five or six customers “deep.” Additionally, I have developed very effective selling techniques. Weaknesses – occasionally I have to refer to my pocket handbook to determine the best answer to customers’ questions.
