Each interview seemed to go well. Then two weeks later I received a "Thank you for applying but we've decided to pursue other candidates" email. I felt they interviewed me extensively so they could find excuses not to hire me - other than my age. Later I received a email from USAA HR that referenced my multiple applications and suggested I explore other types of positions. Very humiliating and depressing.
