You can see that the Hiring Manager was reading off a script. It was not at all natural and it gave the impression as though the Hiring Manager was not experienced in giving interviews. The Hiring manager also asked a few odd, completely unrelated and irrelevant questions that had no value at all to the role, company or industry. There were moments in the interview that just felt "odd" and unprofessional - perhaps from reading off an interview script and how unnatural the exchange of conversation was. It was the last "human" out of Human Resources. To make matters worse, they never followed up with feedback or a decision - this was even after an email was sent. Clearly, the current HR Team is unprofessional with no accountability, no integrity or respect to candidates who take their time and show interest in them. It was definitely one of the worst interviewing experiences I've had.
