It is a standard academic application. After number of vacancies are declared in the website of the university (you should check the department pages), you should prepare following files and send them to the faculty (both online and via post): a. motivation letter, b. resume, c. list of publications, c. reference letter from 2 different people at least (from academy would be better), d. graduation certificates from bachelor and master degrees, e. other required papers like passport, working permit etc.
