Unexpected: Did I use a Q-Q plot?

The interviews were very frustrating. I was interviewing for a data scientist specializing in statistics but the interviewer wanted me to answer detailed technical IT questions. Upon mentioning what I was applying for, the interviewer retorted that I should know IT as well, which did not have to be mentioned in the job req. I walked away.

No I hadn't. They use other consultants to ask the questions. Sometimes the interviewer doesn't even know what the job is. In this case they did and I was actually to work with the one interviewed me. It was very smooth.
