I have been working there as a software engineer for more than a year, and went through the interview process (applied directly through their website). I remember being asked about past projects and a bunch of mostly database/algorithm related questions, with three different people interviewing me (some were more technical, others very high level and easy). There was also an online testing portion (coding test, etc) before coming in to interview. By the way I am American, and so are other members on the development team so the above comment sounds like sour grapes.
