They asked me about whether selection is a positive or a negative process

I answered that it is a negative process as we select the people out of a slot (as I’ve studied and the same answer is available elsewhere on the internet). The interviewer was too stubborn and wasn’t ready to accept that it was the correct answer. I even showed it to her on google and she still kept on denying. They prefer hiring people who wouldn’t question them when they are wrong and just stay below them forever. Which is sick to the core
