The problem solving revolved around a process optimisation problem in Fin Crime, where I had to come up with the Root Cause and define KPIs and KRAs for the team. The take home assignment was an intense data driven problem solving in figuring out the potential fraudsters from a list of 1 lac+ data points. It not only evaluates your technical skill of Excel, SQL, but checks on your first principle of problem solving. The bar raiser was super focused on my work experience and the impact I have delivered. Sticking to the STAR framework and showcasing the value proposition aligned with the Revolut culture is the key here.
