The interview questions I feel were tailored to me specifically, which felt more personal, they were interested in my 3 years of experience as a Wordpress developer working with PHP, Wordpress, Bedrock, Vue Js and my general outlook on tech.

I was very honest about my strengths, and definitely my weaknesses, transparency is key with this interview process, and they seemed to be looking for “the right fit” with an interest in helping me to develop my skills, as opposed to outstanding knowledge of certain systems!
