I  use to feel bad when a feedback is sent to the authority and  later discovered that the data information therein were not valid. Which mean the true analyzed data will never be right or appropriate  for any use  or actions to be taken by the authority. This act is against quality data management  compliance rule.
Data captured  reporting must be  verifiable and valid which makes it genuine and trusted.

When I discovered in a submitted field report  that some of the information therein is not actually correct either the related data information or other findings and the writer is not ready to accept he or she is wrong  also trying to proof stubborn.
